Convenient for airport and only a short ride to the town centre - about 20 mins. Very good value, clean and comfortable room and en suite.Our only negative comment is that breakfast was only served up to 8.30 even on a Sunday! As a reslult we were the first visitors of the day at the Tate Gallery at 10.00.

I spent one night here last weekend after a day trip to Switzerland. As the price of a days parking at Liverpool Airport was £25 and the return flight got in at 11pm I decided to park my car at this guest house and stay over before the 90-minute drive home the next day.

The room seemed to be brand new, the bathroom was massive and the shower was fantastic! No decaf coffee in the room, I should have learned to bring my own by now! I have flown several times from Liverpool, and enjoy shopping in Speke and the location of this B&B was just off the main road to the airport, a minute from the new Premier Inn, on the edge of the residential area. The room was on the ground floor which worried me a bit given the area and I was slightly worried about my car as I left it there all day and the gates weren't locked until evening however it was all fine and security seemed good. Breakfast was extra but I didn't have any so can't comment. I did get woken up by some early departures but I suppose that's to be expected near an airport.

We walked to the airport after leaving the car which took less than 10 minutes. The owner was very friendly and I would certainly recommend this place and consider staying here again.

I enjoyed staying here, the staff were very friendly and breakfast was good. Room was always very clean and was very spacious. Flat screen telly and refreshments and free Wi-Fi. Very close to John Lennon Airport. Off road parking with locked gate at night. Overall really enjoyed my stay! They also have a bar! Cannot comment on value for money as company paid.
