Having been to a number of hotels in Liverpool city centre i would reccomend this hotel most! Beautiful room, both modern and unique. Biggest bath I have ever been in it could of fitted four people in. It also had a large walk in shower. Cleaned daily. The breskfast was amazing. This hotel is by Liverpool Albert dock with a 5 minute walk into Liverpool one shopping, restaurants and club.

Just returned from a wonderful weekend spent at the hotel, i have never left a review anywhere before but everything about this hotel was outstanding, all staff members were friendly and made you feel like you were a VIP, the reception staff were fantastic and epitomise everything that is northern hospitality. Our room was 418, wonderful view, gorgeous room in sexy contemporary colours and with a wonderful bath for two, which was to die for. The value and quality was second to none and i can't wait to return and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had been for drinks in this hotel before, so decided to stay here on this trip. I was attending a concert at the Liverpool Arena, wasnt the closest hotel but was only a short cab ride away.

On arrival, I got a parking permit from the front desk and was able to park in their secure multi story carpark.

Check in was busy, but the receptionist was polite and efficient. The room was a good size, excellent furnishings. Bathroom was of a high standard with large bottles of complimentary shower gels etc.

The bed was comfortable and I had a good nights sleep - until the church bells started up in the morning !!

I had a pizza in the bar area, which was lovely and not too expensive.

Would definitely stay here again

i stayed at the hotel whilst on business recently and found it very enjoyable.
before checking in, if you are wanting to park your car, you have to get a car parking ticket from the hotel reception and park in the car park opposite the hotel entrance....they will direct you if unsure.....

very secure car park and helpful staff there too....

check in for the room was very efficient and i asked for a room in the middle of the hotel as this is where they have advised wifi connects better.....
did not have ny breakfast, so unable to comment on food etc...had room service a couple of times and nothing negative to say...food served, is what you would expect...some may say it is expensive, however it is a hotel and thats what you expect to pay i guess....

checkout was easy and simple, very efficient and staff very friendly. all in all, a nice place to be based and hopefully i will get another chance to visit again
