This is as it says on the tin, spot on could not fault this hotel its good vaule for money and in a great location.

Brillaint short break away - ALL staff were friendly. The room was very spacious and had everything you need for a break away - also had a great powerful shower. Brilliant location and handy to everything. Food was gorgeous - loads to choose from. Can't wait to return!!

We had a lovely weekend here whilst visiting family. The room was huge and comfortable. We have stayed in other hotels at the Albert Dock but they were not as good as this one. We will stay again and again.

We stayed here for two nights recently. The welcome from the young man on the desk was very friendly and informative. The room was large, comfortable and had a great view over Albert Dock. Loved the exposed brickwork and wavy ceiling. The shower in the bath was excellent - strong and hot. We had a great night's sleep on the Friday. However, it all went a bit downhill next day. We were out all day and had a fairly quick turnaround to get ourselves ready to join friends for a surprise party in the Cavern Club, but came back to a room that hadn't been serviced. So that took the shine off things a bit. Didn't have time to get it sorted so washed my own cup and got on with wet towels from the morning. Luckily we got in past 2am ourselves, absolutely exhausted, so that helped me to sleep with all the noise from the club next door. Drifted off to sleep on the base notes. Luckily being at the back we couldn't hear the street noise, only the music. Breakfast was good and again all was explained to us as we'd never been to a Premier Inn before. I'm sure the lack of cleaning must have been a blip and our young man was very apologetic, although didn't seem surprised, when we left on the Sunday morning. It wouldn't put me off staying again (especially at the special rate if you book early enough) when we go to Liverpool again, as I'm sure we will as we just loved this vibrant city.
