“Conveniently located, well-priced”

Very friendly and helpful staff. I stayed for 2 nights whilst on business in Liverpool. Unfortunately did not get a chance to sample the cooked breakfast as I had to leave early in the morning. Staff were however very helpful with getting me toast and cereal and tea for breakfast. Lack of heating in the morning at 6-7am made getting out of bed slightly difficult and cold. Free wifi was a bonus!

“Probably the best value hotel in the town centre”

A bit dated in terms of bed covers, which looks very 60's. Unusual shaped bedrooms obviously converted from an old Georgian terraced house. Some of the oldest hotel staff I've ever seen and a big picture in the reception/dining room of Fawlty Towers staff which gives you some idea of the no nonsense approach taken here. More b&b than Premier inn but not too bad once you get used to it.

We loved the upgraded rooms which were very clean and cozy. The location is good and the staff is helpful and friendly. Good breakfasts too. The only problem we had were from some noisy birds on the adjacent rooftop.
