Just returned from a weekend at the Hotel Indigo. The hotel is modern with great quirky decoration and very clean and comfortable. Would recommend it, however would just advise that if you book on a fully prepaid rate, make sure you take proof of your payment with you as this will prevent an 'argument' with the reception staff which could potentially ruin your stay. Certain members of staff could do with a refresher in customer service!!

Lovely hotel!!!! Staff are brilliant. Rooms clean, crisp, modern! Lovely decor. Toiletries are lush. Bathrobes in room. Professional hair dryer , iron & ironing board!!!
Just love it here. Free mini bar, free room service for breakfast! Staff so friendly & helpful. Very close to Albert Docs area. Walking distance to Matthew st & Liverpool ONE!!!!

Gorgeous hotel - modern design, bright decor. Bedrooms well lit with a super comfy bed. A proper hairdryer (ie not attached to the desk). Free mini bar (water, soft drinks & 1 bottle of lager) was a really nice touch. Super shower - lovely toiletries. Friendly helpful staff. Rooms are compact and as others have said no real room to store baggage/suitcase - but for one night it was not a problem. Would certainly book here again.

I stay in Liverpool all the time on business, this place is now like a second home to me.

Staff are great, rooms are clean and comfortable and a free mini bar is a welcome bonus!

The room service menu is a little limited but they always let me order off the main restaurant menu if I want.

Some of the rooms (like 410) could do with a deep clean but this is something I'm sure they're all over.
