I had a one night stay in Liverpool and the hotel really made it! All very modern and the staff were so helpful and polite... i will defiantly stay here again!!

Had a one night stay at Base2stay Liverpool and was surprised at how nice it was. It's not a premium hotel but is much nicer than a Premier Inn or something like that.

Very clean and comfortable rooms and the small kitchen facilities are a bonus. Rooms are nicely decorated and have everything you need.

Staff were very polite and helpful and check in / out was easy and hassle free, some more expensive hotels could learn from this.

The hotel is in the center of the city but despite that it is in a very quiet location and if you didn't know where you were it wouldn't be obvious you were in a busy city. Everything you could need is on the door step and the main bus station is a short walk from the hotel.

Will be top of my list for any future visits to Liverpool.

My fiance and I found a bargin price of just £45 a night on booking.com for a special occation.
On arriving we were unaware we had to pay a £50 deposit which left my fiance very embaressed as he only had £40 in the bank. They were happy to take this payment and the other member of staff on reception was happy to chat to me whilst my fiance took care of the finances.

Sercurity is very good, you need a swipe care to enter the building, the lift and your room.

The rooms could be a little more spacious as we had to wriggle around the bed to get about. The 'kitchen' is very clean and well stocked (all cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses, tea-pot and even wine glasses and a bottle opener) and with washing up liquid on request for free I was happy to leave it in the same spotless condition we had found it... However it was difficult to prepare any soft of 'meal' as there is NO work surface. Imagine... The kitchen is in a wardrobe = VERY limited space. There is also no cupboard space as the only usable cupboard had a bin attached to the door...

Superb modern hotel in ideal situation so can walk easily to the major visitor attractions. The staff were very helpful, no need to be concerned about them not having a restuarant as there are plenty near by. Well worth a visit.
