Stay here with my sisters and we all thought it a fab place to stay for the money. We had two very large bedroom and two bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen didn't have a problem preparing our meals and cozi-ing up in the living room with our feet up - got so comfy we skipped going out.
The next day we went into the city centre for Christmas shopping and realise just how close the major attractions were to the apartment - will defo be returning next Christmas.

This was a wonderful find. I got married in Liverpool on 11/11/11 and wanted somewhere nice for my adult children (and one small baby) to stay together for the weekend. They met up here on Thursday night and stayed over till Sunday.

What a wonderful find. Debbie (the owner) met us on arrival and what a lovely lady! She was extremely kind and helpful.

Locatiion was excellent. A few minutes walk into the city and perfect quite location to relax in once you got back in the apartment.

Very sad to have to leave on Sunday morning - could have sat in the lounge all day and watched the world go by. Next time I want to bring the family together in somewhere central to meet up, then the Colville will be myh No. 1 choice.

Great apartment its a huge duplex penthouse over looking the river. The owner debbie was very friendly and helpful all weekend. The apartment itself was brilliant, clean and comfortable and it was only 5-10 min walk from the city centre so ideal location. Would highly recommend this place, stayed in plenty of tiny hotel rooms in liverpool which cost more than staying here. Will definately be looking to stay here again.

Beautifully renovated building and very clean and spacious apartment. Easy walking distance to Pier Head to catch ferry or visit the brand new and excellent Liverpool Museum. Staying in this converted warehouse made you feel you were absorbed in a part of history. We were lucky enough to be staying when the Queen Elizabeth cruise ship docked so it was great to see it moving out of the Mersey to accompanying fireworks!
