We recently stayed at one of their 2 bedroom apartments. This company has apartments in many locations in the city centre of Liverpool, including one at Cornwalis Street. At the time of booking, we were told that we would stay at the Cinnamon Building as described in the website [--] but prior to our arrival, they decided to move us to an apartment at Pall Mall. The staff member believed that this apartment would give us more space and be more suitable for family. She explained that we wouldn't be able to find any description of this apartment in the website, but continued that this would be of similar quality. We accepted and trusted her judgement.

However, we were really disappointed by the quality of the apartment. Firstly, it was dirty and full of scratches and marks on every walls. Even the most basic facilities such as a teapot were missing. The bedrooms have no doors but separated by semi-transparent curtains. She told us that the upstair shower didn't work because it was broken by a previous occupant. She explained that we could use the shower downstairs and we were ok with that. We didn't complain about any of these as we thought we were just unlucky. Then we started to realise there were many other problems. The toaster didn't work and so we were unable to have proper breakfast. The washing machine didn't work too. The TV had only one channel, and was unable to receive any other channels. The list seemed to go on forever...... We couldn't help but mentioned the toaster and the washing machine to your staff the next day and asked if they could sort out something for us. They never came.

I think our stay in Liverpool had been made very miserable with the experience that we had in your apartment. In their website, they even say there would be "Daily Maid Service, and this was a real joke as we never saw any of your staff during the stay. It is basically a poorly maintained, unserviced apartment.

Thought you might want to know our experience before you book......

We stayed at the Apartments for a Friday night, we arrived quite late at the apartments are were pleasantly suprised to find what greeted us. The Apartment was excellent in every way from location (10 minutes walk from Albert docks, and 10 minutes from centre) to the standard of the apartment itself. Would definately stay again, superb!! Yaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrr!!
