We stayed there for one night and the requirements of our party had not even been recorded. The receptionist on duty tried to get us to take rooms that were not acceptable and initially made out that it would be too much hassle to swap things around. However I persuaded her to make the effort and she managed to find rooms that were suitable although one was on the top floor of another building and the lift was out of order. The rooms were unreasonable decorative order but mine smelled of damp and the en-suite shower room was too small and very badly laid out. Breakfast was hot and plentiful, but I can't recommend the coffee or fruit juice.
