“Great location, great prices, just great hotel!”

Stayed one night in Jurys Inn, Liverpool while over to see a match. As it was match day, the hotel was packed with a great buzz about the place. The reception and bar area are very spacious and modern. Drinks and food were at very good prices.
Rooms very clean and have all you would need.
The hotel is located right beside Albert Dock and the Echo Arena is steps away. It was such a beautiful location. We got a taxi to Anfield for about £12, so well located if you are over to see a match. Also the hotel was full of people from everywhere - Ireland, Australia, Sweden, Norway, Germany to name a few nationalities we met - you almost felt you were in central Europe as opposed to Liverpool!!!

“dont expect 5 stars”

Having read the reviews before going i was not looking forward to it however what a shock when i got there,The bedroom was really spacious and warm my only critisism was the fact there was no drawers to put underwear in they were all open cabinets,The hotel is a very modern looking hotel but did look dated on the carpets .Staff were friendly especially the lady who greeted you for the restaurant, All in all a nice hotel and if you see a member of staff say hello because they dont know if people want to be spoken to

Room Tip: ask for a room facing the wheel if you are round the back like me you get a lovely view of the hote...

“Over priced”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 February 2012 via mobile

This hotel is very over priced for what you get. We had a superior room which was no more superior than a basic room in a travel lodge. The hotel bar and dining room were so cold - felt like the air con was on high as well as the fact that the reception doors were opening all the time with people coming and going, which you expect but you wouldn't expect the lounge or bar to be in the reception. I would certainly not recommend this hotel to anyone and won't use it again. The only plus to it was that it is about 40yds from the entrance to the echo arena and as the weather was bad it was better than a half mile hike. They need to read up on what superior means and I dread to think what a standard room was like....

“Busy but fantastic hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 February 2012

I booked this hotel because of an event that was taking place in one of the conference rooms, and in fairness I didn't hold out high hopes. However, from our arrival into the busy but professional reception to our lovely room my opinion changed and we really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel itself is situated right on the Albert Dock next to the Liverpool Eye, and from our room we had an amazing view of the Eye and right over the Mersey. Our room had one of the biggest beds I've ever seen and was incredibly comfortable, we were extremely happy with the room and the price we paid.

Overally, a great hotel in a fantastic location.

Room Tip: The superior rooms on the 6th floor are slightly quieter!
