This was first time that I had used Tripadvisor and wasn't too sure what to expect. I needn't have worried.

Creston Villias deserves its pole position, it's clearly obvious that both Anna and Iain have put an immense ammount of dedication and passion into their business and they should be very proud of Creston Villias.

I would not hesitate to recommend Creston Villias to all fellow visitors to Lincoln, we will definitely be calling again.

My partner and I stayed here in July 2011 for one night. Proprietor's Iain and Anna provide the best bed and breakfast we've had the pleasure to stay in. From checking-in to leaving the service was seamless and friendly. The room was immaculate, beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished. The breakfast was visually appealling and delicous, with a wide choice of delights to consume. I especially enjoyed the copious amount of double cream Iain puts in his scrambled egg. Every request was immediately satisfied. The high-quality cotton sheets along with the lack of noise (considering the property is on a main road) made for a very satisfying experience :-) Very happy return and recommend highly. The Creston Vllla goes from strength to strength with the prory room done to a very high standard. We stopped over the weekend to do the Christmas Present run to our young granddaughter and stopping with Iain and Anna made it so pleasant. We have tried all of their rooms over the years and always had a brillant nights sleep. Iain's breakfast is out of this world, the 5 star plus award is a justifiable award!
