I never write these things but I just wanted to say how impressed we both were with the Fairview. Paul and Renata were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious, especially the bathroom. The bed was so comfortable and big and the flat screen TV at the bottom of the bed was ace. It was all decorated beautifully to a very high standard. The breakfast was lovely too. Everything was perfect. It a leisurely 5 minute walk from the castle but just far enough out of the very centre to wake up to a dozen or more horses across the road. Thank you. It made for a brilliant weekend break.

Stayed here for just one night whilst visiting a relative in hospital.
Within easy walking distance of town centre and Lincoln Cathedral.
It's a relatively new B&B run by two incredibly helpful and welcoming people (Paul & Renata) - nothing was too much trouble! Fairview only has two guest rooms but what rooms - ours was contemporary with real WOW factor: spacious,king size bed, flat screen wall mounted TV, beautiful view overlooking the common with its horses roaming free and a bathroom that you don't really want to leave.

Fairview has easily the best B&B room we have ever stayed in and it's better than most 4* hotels.

Brilliant value for money - we will be staying there again
