Lyndhurst was perfect,a home from home ,made very welcome from your host Jean,could'nt meet a nicer person,helped us with everything,were to eat what to do and all the attractions,breakfast was great kept us full till late afternoon,kids got spillage on there clothes so she offered to wash them,we could'nt believe this,what a host,with only ten rooms everybody got to know each other after a nite or two and only a short walk to pleasure beach and south pier.The hotel also has a fully stocked bar, pool table and slots to keep the kid amused.
The bedroom was grand kingsize bed with a set of bunks for the kids,with TV and tea & coffee facility and en-suite,rooms cleaned everyday,perfect.

Jeanie made us fill a home, and gave us tips on where to go. The food was great and plenty of it. The room was very clean and bright. We only went for 2 days but are planing to go back in sept. Allin all we had a great time. ruerue:

jeannie the landlady could not do enough for us. she welcomed us on arrival like we were old friends.and we went home after being treated like one of the family. the position of the hotel was great as it was near the pleasure beach and the sandcastle swimming pool. the breakfast was definitely great value for money and it set us up for the day. when we came in at night the bar was still open till late. the rooms were exceptionally clean and all en-suite with showers. i was very surprised considering the prices she charges. there is also a 42inch plasma television and pool table in the bar. this was my first visit to this hotel and it will not be my last. i would definitely recommend this hotel.

My partener and I have been going to the lydhurst for the last seven years and would recommend this to anyone, as it's emaculate and very friendly. The food is great.
Well worth the money for your stay.
