Chris and Christine are a lovely couple, very friendly and aproachable. Nothing too much for these people. The Hotel itself is very cosy and clean.We had a family room for four, which was also clean,with tea and coffee provided, also biscuits.Our room had its own en-suite(as all the rooms have) having shampoo, shower gel etc provided, also clean towels daily. The English breakfast is a must ,it's supberb, again tea, coffee,orange juice is all included.All in all a greta Hotel, would recommend.

We stayed at The Kings Court for four nights, both Christine & Chris went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one. The room was very clean, and the breakfasts were excellent with all you could eat. We also stayed for evening meals, which offered a good choice.after a hard day visiting the shops in Blackpool it was nice to sit in the lounge with a drink and a good book. Always plenty of hot water, and extra towels if reqiured. We have stayed in many different types of B&Bs and Hotels, and this is by far the best yet.

Well what can I say? We stayed at the Kings Court for a long weekend. Great welcome from Chris and Christine, very helpful. We requested an early breakfast as we were taking part in a local road race and they were more than happy to oblige. The room was small but very comfy and clean; shower was hot, t.v., tea and coffee facilities and cleaned each day. Spent a very enjoyable couple of hours in the bar with Chris and guests. Full English breakfast was great! Would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again. It's just 5 mins walk to the sea front and tram or bus stop to the North Pier/Tower. Can park just outside B&B or in side streets closeby.

Stayed here for a weekend in August with my husband and two kids. We found Kings Court to be a lovely little B+B. The owners Chris and Christine were very friendly, the room was well equipped and clean, and best of all were the fantastic cooked breakfasts which were really really good. We liked the location, as it was a bit out of town and away from the noise and madness, but it was still walkable and there was a tram stop at the end of the street. Would recommend as a good value place to stay.
