“Trip to the Footy”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 February 2012

We stayed as we flew up to watch Man City v Fulham, Train from Manchester Airport straight thru to Blackpool North, then a 5ish minute walk to the B & B. A very warm greeting from Mick, and some good advice of where and where not to go. We went to Funny Girls, again 5 min walk as the location of the B & B is fantastic. We stayed in 4 rooms and all are very modern, warm, and spottlessly clean, with nice little touches, chocolate and bottled water on arrival. Excellent shower, great bath sheet towels and shower gel, shampoo etc.... Excellent little bar area and a great range of cocktails to be had. Breakfast in the morning was superb and a great choice as well. Ive travelled a lot and this is up there with the best. We highly recommend it and we look forward to returning again. Thanks for a great stay.

Room Tip: All rooms are well located and all are decorated to a high standard.

“A warm welcome”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 17 January 2012

I stayed here on business for one night. The owner was really welcoming and it's genuinely a family run guest house which makes it feel warm and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything you need. Breakfast was very hearty and I liked the offer of the healthy English- totally guilt free dining to start the day! Would definitely stay here again and recommend over the larger hotels in the area.
