“Excellent!!!”

We came back from this B & B yesterday and I must say everything was perfect. My wife , myself and our 5 year old son stayed in room 8, it was spacious, very clean and the en-suite looked brand new. The hosts were more than welcoming and could not do enough for you, the drinks on arrival are a great touch. Would definately recommend and will use again next year when we come to see the illuminations again. A+++++

“spotless Guesthouse”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 27 October 2011

we booked 2 rooms for one night at the guesthouse and I have to say it was a lovely place to stay, it was as previous comments have said absolutely spotless, you are made to feel very welcome on arrival and throughout your stay, the hosts are lovely people who know what the little extra touches mean, for example the cup of tea or coffee served in the lounge on arrival, lovely after our 150 mile drive to have 10 minutes and a drink to get yourself sorted, the rooms are modern and are all ensuite, our 2 rooms had flat screen portable tv's & the showers looked brand new, they made the children feel as welcome as the adults, I have stayed in several guesthouses in blackpool and around the country and this is by far the cleanest, you are also only 10 minutes away from the tower and attractions on foot, the breakfast was lovely and you can help yourself to as much toast and cereal as you like, on top of the cooked breakfast, you do pay extra for the breakfast but its just what you need, I would highly recommend anyone to stay here, they also have odd vouchers for money off on certain attractions such as the circus, for reference my kids are 13 & 9,

Room Tip: both rooms we had were a decent size

“Everything you would want from a B&B in Blackpool”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 October 2011

Our 3 year old granddaughter thought the Draytonian was beautiful. Cup of tea on arrival was a nice touch. The owners really made an effort to make us feel welcome. Room was very clean with everything you need including tea/coffee/hot chocolate and nice biscuits. Location ideal, close to all amenities but no noise at night so got a great nights sleep. Overall can't fault.

We stayed here for one night and all i can say is i would recommend it to anyone. The welcome was lovely - hot drinks in the living room made on arrival. Room was lovely with brand new shower. Everything was spotless.
Breakfast was really nice with as much toast as you like as you make it yourself :-)
The owners are lovely and they even gave us a money off coupon for the madame tussauds as we mentioned we were going.
We will deffinatley be back.
