landlord and landlady were fantastic nothing was to much trouble for them, we went as strangers and made two lovely friends, there was 22 of us and they looked after all of us will definately go back next year thank you x

Stayed here for 5 days at beginning of August. There is nowhere at all to park apart from a small tiny alley way up the side. Then all other guests park behind you so you can't move your car! Hotel owner (the man) got in my car to move it up then walked off with my keys!!! I had to ask for them back!
Hotel room disgusting double bed with single bunk bed on top which was ready for collapsing any second! at the back of the beds it is ful of rubbish, wkd bottle tops, tissue and dust, etc.... glass on bedside cabinet had a huge crack down the middle, carpets disgusting not cleaned properly. Oh and you only get your room cleaned once. We stayed 5 days and the room was never serviced. No clean towels or nothing! People who own it need a lesson on customer service because they are terrible people! We went for breakfast and asked 'Can we just sit on any table?' The woman then said, 'Yeah sit anywhere' We then sat at a table and then was abruptly asked to move because the table wasnt 'set' she was a b****!!! Was scared to ask anything because you just get your head bit off by these disrespectful people dont know what other reviewers are on about because this hotel is truly awful!!! will never stay again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a friendly and lovely palce to stay in blackpool we found the manager (paul) every accomadating to our needs. If we did not have something in our room all we had to do is tell him and the next thing it was there by the time you got back to your room.
hotel very close to the sea and shop where very close by. walking distance to the pleasure beach and to the tower it was in the middle of it all. hotel rooms are very comfortable.
The breckfast was awesome plenty of seconds went around which was fab and Paul's wife( sorry cant remember name) was very help full what a lovely coulpe to run a hotel like this.
Me and my friends only stayed 2 nights and 2 days wish we could have stayed longer, i would reconmend people to stay at this hotel i know i will be going back next year.

THIS HOTEL IS FANTASTIC !!! :) we have been lots of times and would go back in the future. janice and paul are amazing they can't to enough for you.the rooms are very very good and clean.they are very good with children and have lots of children's games. you can have a game of pool !! which was very fun :D the hotel is very near to the beach which is good . the people who have rated this hotel bad ,, are they sure there talking about the right hotel ??????? THIS HOTEL IS BRILLIANT !! :) JANICE AND PAUL ARE VERY VERYY NICE :) the food is brilliantt . xx
