“Definitely stay here again...”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 31 July 2011

After hearing a good review from a friend we arranged to stay at The Seacroft for one night on a recent weekend in Blackpool. The booking was made easily over the telephone and the room rate was very reasonable at £30pp for the double. We arrived to a well maintained and clean B&B with a very warm welcome from Tim (one of the owners). The room we were given was very spacious and had amenities you wouldn't usually find in a standard B&B room (fridge, iron and ironing board, trouser press, full size wardrobe). The bed was kingsize and very comfortable. The ensuite was immaculately clean and bright and the towels in the room were good quality bath sheets (all adds to the positive experience in my book!).
We enjoyed the continental breakfast which was more than sufficient and both Tim and Tim were excellent hosts. The only thing I would comment on for improvement would be the shower - the pressure was very low and it was more like a trickle than a shower. However I don't think this detracted from the overall experience, which was a very positive one. The place is very central to the gay area and is nearby to lots of bars and restaurants and is one street back from the famous Funny Girls.
I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a place to stay. Personally it ranks the highest of all the B&Bs I have stayed at in Blackpool.

Room Tip: Ask for one of the two rooms on the upper floor (spacious) or view the rooms on the website before h...

“Excellent”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 8 May 2011

We have just returned from our one night stay at the Seacroft and i can say that this is the most friendly and comfortable guest house we have stayed in. Tim and Tim made us feel so welcome. The rooms are spotless, on-suite bathrooms have very large towels,it really was so nice and It was a shame we were only staying for one night. I would recommend The Seacroft to anyone and will definately be going back. Myself and Maria had a great Wedding Anniversary. Thanks Tim and Tim.

“A Superb B&B”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 November 2010

This is an upmarket bed and breakfast with fantastic service and attention to detail! I've now stayed here 4 times and must say that the service has been excellent every time. The rooms have all the comforts of home, including TVs with Freeview, DVD/Video players, iron/ironing board, CD player, a full fridge and kettle. Tim and Time offer a bar service with premium brand drinks at reasonable prices. They're a well respected couple locally, and able to offer information about anything to do with the area. The best part is that the Seacroft is only a 3 minute walk to the seafront, and a 2 minute walk to the gay scene, with plenty of parking nearby peak season, and free parking on street outside out of season. Would definitely recommend and the only place I stay now when I visit Blackpool.
