we were welcomed by the owners, who became friends during our 3 night stay, gave us lots of tips for good places to eat and drink, as well as the ones to avoid.
my single room was small but had every thing i wanted, and a very, very comfy bed and two lovely pillows, could not fault it.
the breakfasts were of very good quality and we were offered extra coffee and toast as required, nothing seemed to be too much trouble for this very friendly couple, next trip to blackpool and i will stay here again, close to all ammusements and plenty to do as well as being close to a club with live entertainment every night ....fab!!

I booked a room at the malrow hotel in blackpool. though i never stayed at the hotel i had first class experiance of the lack of customer service skills. After sending my deposit i was unable to contact the hotel and they made no effort to contack me. After weeks with no confirmation of my booking i desided to book another hotel. I then rang to cancel my reservation at this point i was told in no uncertain terms they would not be refunding my £40 deposit. Not only had i lost my deposit i did not even recive a appology. What suprised me the most was the conversation ended with the lady owner swaring and slaming the phone down. Needless to say i was relived i had the foursight to book another hotel
