Our 5th Christmas spent at the Parisienne hotel,food as always excellent also very good service.room nice and warm after getting a extra heater.the only complaints would be in the cabaret room(no Kevin as the compare)the new compare did not seem to no what he was doing and also the elderly were struggling for tables and chairs.we will hopefully return next Christmas and hope they get a better compare and also more artists.(thanks again to all the staff)

We arranged to stay at the Parisienne hotel for New Year Celebrations 29th December 2011 until 2nd January 2012. Four of us stayed, we all had a fantastic time. Could not fault the staff nothing too much trouble very polite and friendly. My Brother had a sea View room, We had a smaller room at the back. We found the small room was a bit too small but when we mentioned it to the reception when asked if everything was ok, the lady offered a very nice room on a higher level.
The rooms are adated but comfortable for a short stay. Overhaul it was a very very good break.

Thwo guys seem to have a monopoly of the sea view at dinner and breakfast.Every week they are there. Are they the owners or just special guests.I would like their autograph.

Disapointed the way it had Deteriorated since we came when it was The Royal York
It needs a good refurbish, the bedrooms were very cold ( the heating did not come on
till 2-30, )The windows were packed with paper and was supposed to be double glazed
the lighting was poor. There was water running down the walls in the lounge. the food was not the best. but the Reception staff was very helpful. I could not in all faith recommend your
