what can i say apart from an amazin place and people . phil and julie can not do enough for you . breakfast well lets just say YUM . rooms are very clean and comfy as we had most the rooms in the b and b with 17 of us . would reccomend this place for sure .

we have just returned from a brilliant weekend at the houndog hotel.julie and phil made us feel so welcolm and our room was the best weve ever stayed in.the breakfast was amazing and the dinners have got to be tasted as they were superb.The hotel was very clean and nothing was too much trouble.we would definatley stay here again and have already reccomended it to several people.thank you once again to julie and phil .

We have been visiting Blackpool for a few years now and this is by far the BEST hotel we have stayed in! It's clean, lovely breakfast, spacious rooms and most importantly Phil and Julie are such lovely people whom of which make sure your stay is one to remember! They are absolutely fantastic with children (us with 7!) but generally great all round! We would deffinately recommend this to any ages and will be returning for a 3rd time!

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, Phil and Julie made us feel so welcome, inviting us into the lounge and offering us tea/coffee before having a chat and taking us to our room which was lovely. Very clean, very comfy bed, perfect sized room, we loved it! It was also the perfect location, a 10 minute walk from the Pleasure Beach and a couple of minutes walk into town. Julie's breakfasts were AMAZING! We were made to feel right at home throughout our stay and Phil and Julie were always around to have a natter or needed anything. Nicest people we have ever met and would definitely without a doubt stay again! Thouroughly enjoyed our stay and would reccommend the hotel to everyone!
