This family run hotel is a super place to stay. Near all the attraction but alittle away from all the pubs so a perfect place for families and couples. Craig and jess provide a warm friendly reception in a comfy clean enviroment. All mod cons and great value for money. Really is a true little gem in the hustle and bustle of blackpool. A yummy full english breakfast is a great bonus to start the day. Thanks again for a super time. Will defo b back soon.

treated us like childminders! bed sheets wasnt changed throughout stay and didnt clean the room. owners were using the lounge all the time and we had to stay in the bedroom.

Well not sure where to start this was our 2nd stay in 7 weeks, welcomed by a fantastic couple, room fantatic comfty, very clean , and great value for money, food wounderful cooked by chef craig haha, and is great because you a minute from centre but set back a bit so don't hear any noise, were playing are next stay very soon, thanks craig,jess and not forgetting jenson ;) xx

2nd Time staying hear. Good value for money & Good breakfast just what you need after a night out on the town, This is not a 5 star hotel but HOWEVER Craig & his wife work hard & are very welcoming. All in all you can not go wrong. Even came & fecthed us when we very lost -- Oh & very cute dog. Keep up the good work.
