just spent a couple of nights at the sorrento. on arrival got greeted by the owner carl who helped us with our bags and showed us the car park. the room was nice and clean with tea and coffee , flat screen tv, also was en-suite .bed nice and comfy with nice plump pillows. hosts carl and brian were friendly and very helpfull. breakfast was fab.we would recommend this little gem to anyone . thanks for a lovely stay we will be back

Where do i start,absolutely disgrace ,owner deliberately took our tv remotes from both rooms and accused os of takin them and coz of that and a towel got coffee on it,he charged us extra 200 in which he wrongly took it out of my mates bank account because they had his bank card details.how does that add up?rooms were very poor an dirty,service was poor,owners were very rude,and phoned police just coz we were 'talkin too loud'when we came in from the night out.he was also stood outside our room claiming to be recordin us.he also mentioned about the towel before wed come back from our night out,which means he had obviously been in our rooms while we were out.then to top it all off,as we came downstairs at 9.20am for our breakfast which was included in the £25 we each paid for our stay,the owner said we werent entitled to them because of what happened,and yet again he claimed to have rung police claiming of threats,which were totally false.He also claimed that my mate,who rang and booked our 2 rooms the previous week,had told him we were golfers,even though we clearly said when we arrived we were there for the football match,and my mate stated he never said we were golfers at all!
Overall,very poor ratings and deffinately wont be staying there in the future,and wouldnt advise anyone else to either

thank you for letting us stay in your hotel over the new year it was a great experience to get to know the new owner and his new workers and we enjoyed it so much we are coming back in june 2012. Brian & Carl were fantastic people to get on with so were the others to workers there which were Terry & Caroline they were very helpful if you needed something they would get it for you and the entertainment and food was amazing and the people we talked to were friendly and we will remember them and hope to see them back at the sorrento hotel.

Hi just back from a weekend in Blackpool. Stayed in the hotel, new owners Brian & Carl were fantastic hosts. Nothing was to much bother.
Very friendly, was on hand 24hours,
Made a fantastic breakfast.
Hotel nice and clean and very cosy in cold December. Would highly recommended. See you both In June.
