Excellent value for money the best in Blackpool. Rooms immaculately clean. Breakfast at a time that suited us. Freshly cooked breakfast that was enormous well worth the visit just for that. Bar available in lounge that had a good pint. Children made to feel at home lots of things for them do. Will definitely be going back here again. Joanne was loverly she went out of her way to help. We stayed in a family room that had a double bed and bunk beds.

Me and my partner booked this hotel on a last minute wim to get away we were really pleased with the hotel choice has we had looked at many others. the price was right and when we arrived we were greeted by joanne who was really friendly and made us feel welcome.It was a quite hotel and everything You needed was there.The cooked english breakfast was really nice and set you up for the day.There was usful shops near by and a handy pub down the road.we really enjoyed our stay and would use it again in the future

Just a few words about the New Kent and the wonderful stay my wife and I had. The B&B was quiet and peaceful however a little further out than we normally stay when visiting Blackpool. The B&B is clean and Joan was very friendly. The best bit has to be the breakfast that we had, first class and one we are both looking forward to on our return in the Illuminations.
