After a long car journey 8 hours plus, we arrived from the West Country with our one year old son, only to be advised that the hotel, was only expecting a couple and not a baby. Not a problem, after quick thinking the hotel Manager, Jane (south african) managed to phone around and sort one out for us. She was so accomadating and genuinely sincere apologising, for something that clearly was not there error. We have stayed in many B/B and this was just fantastic, rooms very clean, breakfast brill, even made a fuss of the baby. Evening time we had a drink in the bar with the landlady, and it was an eye opener just to see how hard and how much dedication she puts in to make sure every guest is satsified. Have stayed previously and everything was as usual excellent - reception, room, breakfast, cleanliness etc etc. Only thing missing appeared to be any staff!! The manageress was coping practically on her own. Her energy is amazing!! She looked after us extremely and I hope the owners of the hotel appreciate her dedication and hard work. We have family living in blackpool and therefore visit often. This will be our hotel of choice for all future visits.

WE stayed a long weekend at the Grange and very impressed from start to finish.
Entire hotel was very clean and modern. Breakfast was served quick and only the best meats used.
The hotel is just a few streets from the village of Bispham which has a large Sainsbury's and lots of little restaurants.
I have to go to B/pool every few months for work and would recommend the North Grange highly. Lots of free parking and you are just a 5 min. car ride from central B/pool.
Trust me, you don;t want to stay in the heart of the town unless you are 19 and one the pull.

When we arrived there was some misunderstanding about whether we`d paid or not. Before we got down to sorting it out the woman in charge adopted a most unprofessional attitude and was most unco-operative and completely lacking in business finesse. She firmly said she would not entertain any of my paperwork whatever it showed and we would pay whatever!! When I eventually found the paperwork I realised I had made a mistake but by then the relationship with the hotel`s woman was beyond redemption and of course we could not continue staying. She really was a most unpleasant person to deal with when things were not straightforward. I will never consider staying here under any circumstances..
