first time we have stayed here on our many trips to blackpool cannot fault this hotel in any way food 5*** very clean

we arrived and couldnt get in rang bell few times,no answer so phoned number on the door no answer,eventually after standing there for ten minutes eventually the landlord cameto let us in,no parking but he did let us park next door.Showed us our room and it was very small and we heard a dog bark in the room next to us.It was cold he said there was no heating but he came back with an electric fire to use.We had a seaview but couldnt see it as windows where so dirty.On the advert it showed a bath but it was a shower.We left in the end and Bookings.com got our money back and found us a hotel.

What can i say. Fantastic service brilliant breakfast couldnt have asked for more.
Brilliant.
The rooms homely, tea, coffee etc available and buiscuits.

The owner couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were very clean and warm.
Lots of parking just a few meters away plus the added benefit of having a few restaurants and Sainsburys. on the next street.
Blackpool is great for a while but it is nice to come to the hotel for a break from it.
