The owner couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were very clean and warm.
Lots of parking just a few meters away plus the added benefit of having a few restaurants and Sainsburys. on the next street.
Blackpool is great for a while but it is nice to come to the hotel for a break from it.

the excuse for the bar being closed was the beer order had not arrived we were later advised that there had been a leak from some pipes .We found that we had to sit in a small sun lounge and we were not allowed to use the lounge area. The manager wasnt around and we didnt know what time breakfast was served.Not very welcoming .quiet disappointing. Wouldnt stay again.

After a long car journey 8 hours plus, we arrived from the West Country with our one year old son, only to be advised that the hotel, was only expecting a couple and not a baby. Not a problem, after quick thinking the hotel Manager, Jane (south african) managed to phone around and sort one out for us. She was so accomadating and genuinely sincere apologising, for something that clearly was not there error. We have stayed in many B/B and this was just fantastic, rooms very clean, breakfast brill, even made a fuss of the baby. Evening time we had a drink in the bar with the landlady, and it was an eye opener just to see how hard and how much dedication she puts in to make sure every guest is satsified.
