We have stayed at The Doric Hotel on numerous occasions and on every stay we were welcomed by the friendly staff, the rooms and hotel are very clean, the food is excellent, the entertainment is good and caters for all ages, i wouldn't stay in any other hotel in Blackpool.

Had my 50th birthday party at the DORIC HOTEL, what a fantastic day, the room was amazing, the staff and managers, could not have done any more for my friends and I !! The food was outstanding, with everyone complementing the chef !!!! The whole day went far to quick, and can't wait for another excuse to book another event at the DORIC !!!! We stayed overnight in one of their sea view suites, which was decorated to a very high standard, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable bed, and a first class English breakfast to start the day !!!! All in all this was a 5 ***** service, food and stay !!!!!!

stayed at the doric for one night this weekend. why is theis hotel only a 2 star rating. we have stayed in 3 star hotels which where not a patch on this. from the moment we went in to reception we were welcomed by friendly staff. the room was very clean, and comfortable although maybe a little hot, though it is january. the evening meal and breakfast was lovely, with quick and very helpful and pleasant staff. we will undoubtedly go back again.

I travel from Madrid to England to see family in Blackpool. I stay at the Doric before and i have a lovely times. this seconde time at the doric was even better,,the staff were very helpful in making my stay comfortable and reception upgraded me and my daughter to a suite for no charge extra. i had a party with my family here for christmas and the food was so tastie and alot of it, i wish i could have stay longer at this hotel. the party was really good in a really nice room, the hotel was in a good place and my room looked out to sea which i liked alot. everywhere was clean and tidy, drinks were not expansive like madrid and all the workers were friendly and helpful. i am now watching the hotel on facebook because i see special offers they put on. i will be back in 2 month to see family again and i will book with doric.
