We stayed here over the weekend, the staff are lovely and helpful and even provided decaf tea and coffee for me. The only downfall was we were in a front room and the cars going by kept me awake unfortunatly we live in a very quiet neighbourhood and am not used to the cars but spoke to one of the staff and said next time I will have to book a rear facing room, the breakfasts are lovely and you have a wide choice. I will definatly be staying here again and will recommend it to friends.

2nd time ive stayed here and another enjoyable time. rooms are nice clean, comfy and warm :) staff here are great & friendly..breakfast is lovely..bar in the hotel is great.. reasonably priced..music & pool table. location is fab!!! 5 minute walk to the tower.. restaurants close by..nandos, bella italia etc. bars & clubs round the corner..sinuk nightclub 2 mins away great choice of bars round the corner. train station 5 min walk. cant complain at all and will definetly be there again soon. stayed the first time in a group for my birthday top weekend trentwood made this..an stayed couple weeks go with my boyfriend also a top weekend! highly recommendable :)

Have to say we had a fab time we stayed here dec 2011 8 adults and 11 kids , had a ball so friendly, kids had a ball , staff were amazing and were fantastic with the kids , even put a movie night on for them, and early breakfast as we had to leave just after 8am each morning for a competition, very clean , food fab , and was made to feel so welcome , kids were treated so well and nothing was a problem , have to add a member of staff from trentwood has become a celebrity with all the kids he was fantastic and they loved him , well done David for being so so patient lol ,will def be back and would highly reccommend , made our trip extra special , thank you and hope to see you all again xx

We were very happy with the room very clean and warm,only 5 mins walk to the tower and town centre,the staff were all very plesant,we were with a dance troop so had alot of children with us they were made to feel very welcome and even put on a movie night in the lounge for them,we also needed an early breakfast each morning which again was not a problem,overall we would highly recomend this guest house will be booking here again next year,a special thank you to David who did more than his job properly asks of him (keeping kids entertained def is not in his job description)he is an asset to The Trentwood.
