Been to Esplanade again cant remember how many times over past 9 years and as usual a wonderful warm welcome with nothing being too much trouble. Food good quality and always plenty of it. Hotel is reasonably quiet as they dont let rooms to stag and hen partries (some of whom can be a tad noisy) Car park is secure so an added bonus and Bob Paul and Cheryl are always friendly and will offer advice on where to go and what to do. paul and bob run the very best we have stayed in at blackpool. the service is top draw, and they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. if you have any special requirements in regard to anything room, food, drink, etc,etc. they will go out of their way to supply it. the room are very clean as are the en-suite. the best being new each season are the most comfortable we have slept on in any hotel. there is tea and coffee in the room plus a flat screen tv with free view. the food is outstanding freshly cooked to order with quality eggs, bacon, bread, cheese, etc etc. the bar meals are also cooked fresh to order and are huge. the lounge / bar area is great for a drink before you go out or after you come in. there is also a pool table and fruit and games machines. the location is great very quiet and there is free parking. i must say that paul and bob are rightly proud of their hotel, and it shows in the amount of hard work they put in from early morning until late at night providing a level of service and comfort to all their guests that would put a five star hotel to shame. we will be returning to this hotel next season.

Bob and Paul run one of the best guest houses in blackpool, very welcoming, comfortable rooms, excellent standards. Cannot fault anything 100% perfect. The friendliness they offer is defonetly one reason to keep returning.
