we have just returned from a 2 day stay at this hotel , i can not even think where to begin ....
the friendliness of the owners is spot on and the service is 5 star. we arrived 1/2 hour earlier then i said on the booking and the room was ready ,we were on the top floor and the double room was fine , i can see why some comments were saying it was on the small side ,however it was fine for two adults,and the clenliness was top notch .
there was everything we needed including toiletries ,we had a very comfy 2 nights sleep there .the location is great,away from the noise of the town,but the tram stop is right at the end of the road. i am a vegetarian and i requested a veggie breakfast, and i was not dissapointed, the food was divine and on the second day i asked if there was any fried bread and the owner said" unfortunatly not" but hash browns were availible , when my breakfast came out he had done me fried bread ,"thankyou for this it was lovely" nothing was to much trouble for these owners ,we never had any lunch both days as the breakfast we had kept us full all day , i dont understand some of the comments people have wrote as i feel im the most critical person in the world but i could not find fault with this place, thankyou for our stay we will be booking soon for next year .........mr and mrs d press

After a nice holiday rosemary caused a un necessary row because she wanted to keep our deposit witch was £50.00,as we had 2 apartments she said there was a wet cup in the cupboard yes we were gobsmacked she then started sarcastic comments about the children I would'nt mind but we got up and went out all day came back at night and went to bed.I would advise no one stays there ever we had to put the bins out and change the bags and we could'nt get into the apartments untill 4.40pm it was supposed to be 4.00pm I dont no what cleaning she does because she expects the guests to do it , no wonder she had no other quests.Also both apartments stank of cigarettes badly.what happend to the no smoking policy.Jo and Paul

We have recently returned from 2 nights stay at this very lovely hotel. Rosemary and Chris were so welcoming and friendly, they made us feel at home.
The hotel is in a perfect location away from the main drag and all the noise. Our room was very comfortable, the tea making facilities were extremely welcome after a long bus journey.
Yet it was the extra little touches that made our stay, the toiletries in the bathroom, the tissues and the cute way the towels were folded on the bed upon arrival. These were very simple things, yet little touches that you always remember and will tell to others.
The great traditional breakfast was just perfect to keep you going until lunchtime. Also being given a choice was a nice touch.
We had a fabulous stay and will be back again next year.

Just returned from staying 2 nights in the Palms Hotel and could not fault it any way. On arrival we were warmly greated with information about the sites around Blackpool and how to get to them, over a cup of tea! The rooms were spacious and Chris & Rosemary couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was lovely both mornings and the other guests in the bar were great fun. We will be definatly staying here again on our next trip to Blackpool.
