We stayed at Wingate last year and re-booked for this year. We were made to feel very welcome by Edwin and Ineka they are very friendly and Edwin entertained the kids with tricks n games. The hotel is very clean and comfortable it is a place you will want to go back to year after year.

I have been going to blackpool twice a year every year since i was a kid and this is the best hotel i have yet stayed in yet!!.
The owners make you feel at home from the second you get out of your car. They cannot do enough for you. Cosy warm hotel. TV in all rooms playstaion,dvd,karaeoke accessible in lounge. Lovely breakfast, Very good with kids. I travel from oxford which is a 202 mile trip and the owners (edwin and ineka) always give us a warm welcome as well as tea and biscuits whilst booking in. They have a small car park but if that full, edwin always arranges a parking spot on the road for us. Hotel is right next door almost to a chipshop/restaurant and just down the road (about a minute walk) is a mini shop/off licence and another chipshop. about 2 min walk to tram stop, five min walk from pleasure beach. Highey recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

OK this hotel is not the Ritz .But it is nice and clean and you can not get a bigger welcome any where else is Blackpool, Lovely breakfast too. It’s right by the pleasure beach and has got the all important car park .
