really great time, buffet was ace. bacon butties what else would a group of 18 year olds want, staff helpful and pleasent,would like to thank mel for setting it all up for us, would recommed the hotel to anyone planning a party,

we have had a fantastic weekend, the staff, dj and entertainment was really nice and friendly especially Mel. we have met some lovely new friends. we are hoping to come again soon, i will recommend this to friends. we couldn't of wished for it to be any better. thanks for a fantastic time Linda and Ian of Accrington xxxxxxx

Bedding clean except for large brown stain on matress protector
Asked for this to be changed as I removed it, never done receptionist said sorry
Food good waiting staff worked hard
Over all worth what we paid but only just !
Needs improving

I stayed at Hacketts with my family for the new year. It was a very friendly hotel, which looked after me and my family very well. When we arrived, the reception staff booked us in very quickly and we were treated to a champagne reception. The standard of food is second to none, whilst the hotel needed refurbishing in certain areas, overall the hotel was a good value for money. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have booked our stay for the following new year aswell.
