“Friendly and attentive!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 January 2012

I arranged for me and my partner to stay here for just one night and I did arrange it on very short notice. My and my boyfriend were made to feel very welcome (they had even put the heater on to warm our room for our arrival). The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was on the small side but overall the room was great value for money. Although we were staying in another b&b the next night (already booked) we asked if we could return to have our evening meal which they appeared to have cooked especially for us! It was really lovely, we will definitely stay here again.

“The best value for money hotel in Blackpool !”

I just had one night at this small and friendly hotel, the new owners have just taken over ( two very entertaining ladies !) as it has apparently been closed for a while. I chose this hotel through a friend of a friend as I have a small dog and I was having difficulty finding suitable accommodation for me and my dog, while visiting relations in Lytham. It was pouring with rain and we had got a bit wet walking on the lovely beach so one of the ladies kindly took my dog away and bathed and blow dried him i was very impressed he never looked so good ! I was given a free cuppa whilst I waited then shown to my room the room was very clean and had free internet free tea and coffee and free toiletries ALSO a dog water bowl and a small bowl of dry dog food ! so not only did i get bed and breakfast but so did little Bailey and he thoroughly enjoyed it ! over all my stay was very welcoming Bailey even got to sit in the bar with me when we returned from visiting my elderly aunty I would recommend anyone with a small dog to stay there the beach is so lovely there are many walks nearby This hotel is truly full of hospitality and it is so refreshing to be treated so well !It was worth every penny definitely the best value for money by far !

Room Tip: there are no sea view single rooms that was the only thing i missed but then to be honest after a wa...

Welcoming and attentive hosts. Great atmosphere with lovely food. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Quiet location with added benefit for those interested in taking leisurely strolls to and from amusement sections of Blackpool. Would certainly revisit.

“Great place to stay”

Just got back from a two night stay. The bedrooms were small, but the beds were comfortable and we got a greats night sleep. Most important, the hotel was spotless, smelt fresh and the bedding and towels were crisp and clean. They provided a very good breakfast, lots to eat. In fact the staff couldn't do enough for you.

Bonus: Free parking. We arrived and parked up outside the hotel and didn't have to move our car until the morning we left.

The hotel was ideally located for the Pleasure Beach, we could see the Pepsi Max rollercoaster from our bedroom windows. We spent some time down in the central area of Blackpool ( in the pubs!! ) and it cost us roughly £10 in a taxi to get back to the hotel on an evening. We would recommend this hotel for couples and families. Very friendly staff and we would without doubt return again.
