Welcoming and attentive hosts. Great atmosphere with lovely food. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Quiet location with added benefit for those interested in taking leisurely strolls to and from amusement sections of Blackpool. Would certainly revisit.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Owners were friendly, breakfast was excellent and everywhere was beautifully clean.

Just got back from a two night stay. The bedrooms were small, but the beds were comfortable and we got a greats night sleep. Most important, the hotel was spotless, smelt fresh and the bedding and towels were crisp and clean. They provided a very good breakfast, lots to eat. In fact the staff couldn't do enough for you.

Bonus: Free parking. We arrived and parked up outside the hotel and didn't have to move our car until the morning we left.

The hotel was ideally located for the Pleasure Beach, we could see the Pepsi Max rollercoaster from our bedroom windows. We spent some time down in the central area of Blackpool ( in the pubs!! ) and it cost us roughly £10 in a taxi to get back to the hotel on an evening. We would recommend this hotel for couples and families. Very friendly staff and we would without doubt return again.

this hotel is one of the best hotels i have stayed in the rooms are spotless and the staff are so friendly and very helpfull .the breakfasts are great .start with cereal then a full english and as much toast as you want with fresh orange and coffee and tea great value and served with a smile clean .tea and coffee in your room and biscuits well worth a visit nothing is to much trouble and is great value for money hope to go back again soon thanks for a great time all the best from the stokies
