Everything at the colwyn was great. Very helpful & friendly staff, rooms clean,very good breakfast & great value for money. I would stay there again not a problem. I will advise all other work colleges & friends to stay at the colwyn.

Having experienced some shocking service from two other hotels in Blackpool we my partner and I decided to try one last time and decided to try the Colwyn Hotel, we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived, Charles greeted us like old friends despite it was the first time we had met, and the rest of the staff were just as accommodating. the rooms are very cosy, the beds very comfortable, the food was fantastic and the hotel is perfectly situated for what we wanted to do. We now plan to continue holidaying in Blackpool and the Colwyn will continue to have our custom. Thank you to Charles and his team for making our stay a pleasant experience.

Had a lovely stay here over the New Year Food was Excellent. Staff were really nice everybody was so nice so relaxing cant fault it well done Charles and Staff relaxing experience.
