A very warm welcome, room comfortable, breakfast was delicious. Lots of stairs including down stairs for breakfast but even tho I am on a crutch manageable slowly.
Very Friendly and very close to all amenities. Will always try this as our first choice from now on xox

we stayed for a weekend in october 2011 we have stayed here before and will definatley be staying here again. We were made to feel welcome by the owner as soon as we arrived, the rooms were of good standards and had everything you needed. the breakfast was lovely and they was accomadating with any dietary requests you asked for. We had children so came back and used the bar after venturing out in the cold which was reasonably priced. Again we was made welcome the kids played with the games available and we also played a game which we could all join in with. The children loved it and we could relax. would definatley recommend to anyone with or without a family. Nothing was ever to much trouble to them.

stayed here with my wife, mother-in-law and 18 mnth old son, location is excellent, just off the prom. Room had everything we needed and was exceptionally clean, breakfast was wonderful and Suzanne is a very warm and welcoming proprioter/host. The two dogs came and seaid hello to us in the evening as we sat in the bar, drinks are very reasonably priced. Only compliant we have is tht we only stayed for one night,but tht's not Suzannes fault. Will definatley stay again and this time for longer. Overall excellent b&b at an excellent price and Suzanne couldnt do enough for us, one excellent host, Thankyou for making us so welcome and will return and see you again when the lights are on next year.
