This is my 2nd visit in Blackpool Premier Inn. Its awesome in Prenier Inn. Specially Lisa is great... She takes care of the every customer. She helps a lot. She is very quick in service. She should get an great award.

I met Ms. Lisa Dawson at the reception desk, and she is such a lovely person. She greets everybody with a sweet smile on her face. And she takes really good care of the customers sometimes she goes goes out of the way to help others. She is like an angel helping anybody in need. She should definately get a salary appraisal and lots of kudos for the kind of work she does.

lovely friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms. Meals in the pub were excellent great value for money. Breakfast a little disappointing as eggs were not cooked and toaster was turned up. Put my toast though three times and still only had warm bread by this time the cooked breakfast was on the table going cold so could not have toast with the rest of my breakfast. We love Premier Inns but do feel penalised for having three children all rooms are for 2 adults and 2 children??? this Premier inn accomadated us and let us stay all in one room but not sure if others will??? all in all a great experience and would definately stay again and recommend to all.

We had a meal today in the restaurant,two courses starter arrived half hour after ordering,but this was fresh and hot,after we had finished our starter a further 25 mins elapsed ,this too arrived fresh and well cooked ( mixed grill x 2 ) all parts of this were great ,the only complaint is, service was very slow,not under staffed in the restaurant, so we presume under staffing in the kitchen.
So if your our for your office quick lunch,take a two hour lunch break.
