stoped here for weekend in oct with family and friends rooms were lovely and clean breakfast was nice loved the ashbrowns sam and jenny were great nothink was two much trouble lovely couple hope to see you next year enjoyed my stay very much xxxxxxx

GOOD THINGS
- very friendly staff
- good facilities for size of hotel
- nice bedroom linen
- clean

NEGATIVE THINGS
- narrow corridors
- no fruit or yoghurt for breakfast
- decor, carpets and furniture badly need modernising, e.g. ditch the chip wallpaper.
- small bedroom and bathroom
- no lift for disabled people
- no newspapers to browse at breakfast
- tacky look in some respects, e.g. supermarket bags reused to line bins, sticker on door coloured over with wood colour felt tip, note written on block of wood about hair straighteners
- thin walls between bedrooms

What lovely people, very clean rooms, breakfast was nice too. Would definatley return and recommed it to friends and family. Thank you Tregenna.

I stopped here to go and watch a Gig at the Winter Gardens, and it really couldn't have been much better suited for what I needed.

Being on my own I just needed somewhere near to the centre, that was cheap. It was a great deal, as I got a nice double-bed en-suite room, which had TV and tea-making facilities. Sam and Jenny were very friendly and were always quick to help me with any queries. I purchased an overnight parking space for them too, which was almost just across the road. The cooked brekky hit the spot before I left too.

It was about 2 minutes walk from the shopping centre too. If you want a nice, friendly B+B which gives you great access to the centre of Blackpool, this is ideal.
