16 members of my family went to stay at the hotel for a weekend. It was one of the best weekends we have ever had, the hotel is fantastic. Pat and Christine are the perfect hosts and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The breakfast and evening meals are first class and amazing value for money. The lounge and bar is a relaxing and comfortable area to be in. The rooms are clean and have everything you need and Pat and Christine make your holiday feel very special and we will be going back every year.

This hotel based on my accommodation is definitely ok 3 star poor 4 star. I am not sure how the 4 star rating has been acheived and maintained! Our room was shabby with a strong smell of drains which was worse when you turned the shower on. The wardrobe smelt musty and the room was stuffy even with the window open. Thick dust on the wall lights and wait for this........ Under the mattress there is a sheet of plywood! Which my partner caught leg on and badly bruised the corners are sharp and over hang the base. The modern throw had stains on. Safe was locked. Breakfast was just ok I
witnessed burnt toast being served not just to us. No hash brown as advertised on web site and was hungry by 11.45. Rough looking characters residing in flats directly across and next to hotel. Would not like to be around in the dark . Tram stop short walk away but have to cross a busy main road.Would not recommend.

hotel was very clean and food was great. Rooms are big and bright. We will certainly be back.
