My partner and myself choose this hotel for the weekend as our football team was playing, the hotel was close to all amenities, has friendly caring staff, clean hotel with comfortable furniture, fantasic food,reasonable pricing and good entertainment when we go back to Blackpool this will be the hotel we choose there was a gentlemen in the hotel that is a regular who spends January and February in the hotel ever year and they looked after him fantastic and nothing is too much trouble for the staff.

my wife my son and myself were at the queens from 13/01/2012 to 15/01/2012 .for a weekend with loads of others from our local club.and we could have not been more pleased with room,food and the care taken by all staff.we had a fantastic time day and night.we look forward to going again very soon. 5 stars for me.

We have been using the queens hotel for the last 11 years.We are extreamly happy with our stays here,from Joe the general manager,Alice the receptionist,Jack head waiter to Irene&John behind the bar we have been welcomed every year and nothing is too much trouble for them,Whilst some of the rooms needs a little attention the welcoming staff,great food and good entertianment make us always want to come back.

Had a good new year at the Queens 16th new year visit and provisionally booked for 2012. All staff were friendly pleasant and helpful as usual. Good food. Entertainment on 30th so so, New Years eve Terrible, lady singer on for 30 mins, resident duo tried hard but singer Sammy spoils good songs by shouting [tone it down then people may not leave the room]. New Years day entertainment excellent starting with the local childrens dance group plus singer and comedien.Hope G.M. Joe returns and is looked after all he has put into the hotel.Hope whoever buys does some refurb but keeps the hotel facilities similar. A great bunch of down to earth visitors at every New Year. All the best to everybody and staff!
