Selected to stay at this b&b because of several reasons. Firstly the great reviews I read, the competitive price and fab location close to centre and tower end of blackpool. To be honest even after the fab reviews I didn't expect such a cheap nights stay to be as lovely as it was and in my opinion it is certainly worth more money and assume the only reason this place is cheap is so many or rival cheap b&bs, but I'm sure this place beats the lot!

Warm friendly reception, clean, immaculate rooms and the little touchs like make up wipes and cotton buds, shampoo and conditioner etc were unexpected.

Found matress too soft and with certain aches I didn't sleep great but I didn't raise this with the guys that run the place and know if I had they would have certainly given me another room because they were the sort of people that go out their way to make your stay everything that they can!

This time I came with two friends fr just one night but think I'll be back to stay there again soon for a weekend break with my husband.

I don't often bother with writing reviews but I think the fact i'm writing this proves how much I enjoyed my stay.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights last week and we can't praise it enough. We were made to feel so welcome by paul and his staff ( and the lovely jess) and nothing was too much trouble from kindly offering us their parking spot to an extra hash brown at breakfast. Our room was spotlessly clean and had everything we could wish for. The hotel has a lovely home from home feel just what you need after a day trawling round blackpool town. This was the third time we had stayed and we will definitely be back next year.The hotel is clean, cosy and well located for all the major attractions, but what makes it really special is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

Enjoyed a trip to Blackpool for the weekend with friends. We loved the hotel and plan on returning on our next visit. Paul and his staff were great and made us feel very comfortable and went out their way to make us have a great stay. Rooms were veey comfy. Breakfast was awesome, my partner and I are both veggies. This was not a problem though and we were served a lovely cooked veggie breakfast and our friends enjoyed a traditional cooked breakfast. We were delighted with the hearty breakfast that was served up and set us up for the day. The location was great and we enjoyed some drinks at the bar in the hotel. Overall cant praise this hotel enough, Paul and his delightful staff made it a very enjoyable stay and we look forward to our next trip. Big thanks again to Paul who makes it a very personal visit, something you miss these days from the larger hotel chains.
