This hotel is in a great location not far from the all the shops, amusments and nightlife.
the staff are friendly which is always a plus.
Wifi in the ROOMS was very intermittent and slow ,but connection was great in the bar area.Rooms are nice but alot of dark wood ,bathrooms were nice and bright with modern fixtures and fittings.Heating in our room did not work ,had to change remote three times before it worked, as some buttons did work and some did not, but saying that the member of staff that helped us was very nice.Three lights did not work in our room ,maybe it was just the bulbs ,but i think this should be checked after every stay.
Breakfast in the morning was lovely, the only negatives were that we were not given enough time to finish our cerials, before our breakfast was brought out, as we had to keep waiting for items to be replenished (milk juice etc) before we could even start our cerials. We went down for breakfast at about 8:30 so i do not know why they were rushing.
The bar area was fairly modern and so was the breakfast room and for a 3* rated hotel i think i little more updating it needed in the bedrooms.
FOR INFORMATION ONLY
No on-site parking and no disabled rooms but this is not a problem if you know in advance.
This hotel was for just part of our stay in blackpool so was good for what we needed .
