From the minute we arrived we were made to feel welcome, we booked 2 double rooms, 1 of the rooms was quite small but clean, the rooms were cleaned every day and towels could be replaced every day if you wanted, there was also tea, coffee and a kettle. The self serve breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice even with me being a veggie,the hotel is in the middle of every thing and on the sea front there is parking at the front of the hotel,the prices in the bar were very cheap but they did run out of lager on our last night. we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

had a great time at the south beach nothing was too much trouble for them breakfast was fantastic staff were very friendly and helpful i would recommend it to anyone.

dont know what hotel that "cathrine p" stayed at but it couldnt of been this hotel the staff was so helpfull even let us keep the cars in the car park whilst we took the kids to the pleasure beach for the last time when we had to leave at 10.00am but ending up at 1.30 pm. the service was excellent, clean and tidy ,repairs was done there and then. we have stayed at several hotels up and down the sea front but wasnt happy with either the food or the rooms or the owners but with this hotel couldnt fault it WILL BE BOOKING THE FAMILY ROOM NEXT YEAR .........VERY,VERY,VERY FAMILY FRIENDLY

Was made very welcome on arrival. The room was clean and spacious, the staff very friendly and helpful. The self service breakfast was excellent eat as much or as little as you like. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

FIrst Class owners, accommodation, staff, rooms and food will definitely be back again.
