“Best B+B i have ever stayed in at Blackpool!!!!”

My fiance and i have just come back from our 2 night stay at the Carlee. It was a pleasure to stay there.
Heather gave us such a warm welcome when we arrived, she is very very friendly.
The room was basic but very clean and tidy, i am very picky on cleanliness and i had nothing to complain about, which is a first for me. We stayed on the ground floor in room 4 and the bed was very comfy.
The breakfast was brilliant, cereal, juice, tea, coffee, cooked brekki and toast, definetely set us up for the day.
I have stayed in plenty of b+bs in Blackpool and this is by far the best, it is excellent value for money, excellent service, nice rooms, off street parking and excellent location.
5 mins walk to the winter gardens, 10 mins into town and to the promanade.
Will definetely be visiting the Carlee again.

“it'll do I suppose”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 November 2008

Greeted by the lady in charge with 'Ill have your money first'.
The room was clean and tidy but very small and the floorboards were soft in places, especially towards the head of the bed, and the ceiling had a large bulge in it.
No complaints about the breakfast but the non stop prattle from the landlady was irritating.
Apparently 60 pounds for the night is cheap for Blackpool so can't complain.

We stayed one night at the Carlee with our family to see a show at the Winter Gardens and we really could not fault the place. Clean comfortable room, good breakfast and a guaranteed parking place - brilliant.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Carlee. Heather was very Friendly and welcoming even remembering all our names and took a genuine interest in what we had done that day.Being at the Carlee felt like a home away from home. The breakfasts were excellent thanks to Keith and really set us up for the day.
We would definitely go back!!
