My husband and myself arrived Friday afternoon, and went straight to our room. Noticed right away some ash on the tea tray, I then unpacked and started to put things away only to notice that someone had left dirty knickers and sox in the drawer by the bed, something the cleaner should have noticed and dealt with. I took the said dirty laundry to the reception and asked what the entertainment was going to be, only to be told that there was a problem with their entertainments license and that they were not allowed to have music but had managed to get a comedienne for the Friday and Sunday but were still working on the Saturday and at the very least there would be bingo, play your cards right or something of that sort. As we had booked with Blackpool Promotions specifically for the entertainment I therefore cancelled and went elsewhere.
