after being stuck in traffic in birmingham for many hours we were very late to arrive at the hotel no problem whatsoever when we arrived, we had missed dinner, but were pleasantly suprised when the owner Karen, dilivered an enourmous tray of fresh sandwhiches to our room, this high level of service was maintained throughout our stay, we felt that we were friends not guests. The food was great and very plentyfull, everything spotlessly clean will be back

Stayed at this hotel with a group of 19 children aged 9 and 26 adultes to attend the Blackpool Cup Football Tournament. The hotel wasperfect as we were such a large group we had all the rooms. each morning we lwft a different times and the owners were more than accomadating with breakfast times etc. Running a trip can be a stressful experience buth everyone at the hotel made it that much easier. After having a bad experience of 1 hotel in Blackpool we were wary about staying here. We needn't have been though. From the moment we stepped over the threshold we were well treated by the owners. They welcomed us into their establishment, they were friendly and warm. They were great with the children and restored our faith in our fellow human beings. The breakfast was well cooked with wonderful service, it felt like home from home. They were very helpful and even parked our car for us!

Arrived at hotel with child,with very little notice given.
Proprietors very welcoming,efficient,and friendly.
Room smelt clean,and overall cleanliness was excellent.
Food,Beakfast taken only,was to specific requirements,(thus was bonus,as no waste).
This was excellent quality,enough on plate,(nothing worse than leaving the table not satisfied),more if requested.
The hotel is situated in an ideal location,whether its for shows(as we did),shopping,or just partying the night away,its tucked away on a quiet street,away from the hussle,and chaos of the night life,giving way for a peaceful nights sleep.
Although we didnt stay long,we would return,and reccommend it .
