we had a fantastic stay over three nights, hotel was very clean and comfortable. owners always there to help and inform us about the local attractions also told us how the get the best deals to save us money. parking space was found for us on arrival and owners showed a real interest in our stay. we would reccomend to anyone and hopefully will be returning ourselves.

As soon as you walk in, there is a clean smell in the air and a gasp of relief that you know this hotel/b&b is going to be clean and well run!

Clean rooms with en-suite, excellent rates, nice bar and dining area (breakfast was fantastic!)...what more could you want!!!

Will be back for any future visits to Blackpool :)

We have just returned fron our umpteenth visit to Rock Dene. It has been a great few days, Andy and Bernie always make us feel at home and the Hotel is so cosy.
