I stayed at the Martells hotel on a friends recommendation. It was an absolutely brilliant experience i've never stayed in such a welcoming, friendly, clean hotel. I can't fault a thing, brilliant value for money. The breakfast was top notch and i ended up staying an extra 3 nights because i just didnt want to leave!!! The hosts were so friendly and made me feel very welcomed. I will definitely be visiting again and would recommend it to anybody planning a trip to Blackpool.

When we booked up to stay at the martells we were abit worried as You dont have a shower or a toliet in your room, we were thinking of somewhere else to stay but thought we'd go to have a look. When we got there jamie came to greet us and as he knew there were a few of us stayin he put us on a floor which only had 3 room that we could share between us. He was very welcoming. The hotel itself impressed us so much, for 15 pound a night bed and breakfast stay it was so lovely, alothough you dont have an en-suit bathroom you have one on the floor your stayin on and there very well looked after and have towels and showering tolietries provided, they are also very clean which shows how much pride they take in there hotel. the bedrooms wer also lovely and the beds were very comfortable, i didnt want to wake up the next day! Definatly recommend this to anybody apart from people with disabled disabitily's as there are alot of stairs

The martells Hotel is such a great place, i really recommend this hotel, it's got such a friendly environment and the staff are always welcoming, staying at the hotel was one amazing experience, my breakfast had such a lovely taste to it, and filled me up for my busy day ahead. The bed i slept in was so comfortable and gave me such a wonderful nights sleep.
