We have just returned from a new year stay at this wonderful hotel in Blackpool. I can only reiterate what all previous reviewers have had to say.
Frazer and his family are second to none in providing a wonderful, friendly personal service. The breakfasts are cooked to your personal preference and served at the time you desire, the quality is excellent and the portions more than plentiful, we have not experienced a more enjoyable start to the day anywhere in the world.
Both the public and private rooms are kept in pristine condition, the bedrooms have a supply of quality bath products and an excellent range of coffee, tea, biscuits etc.
Frazer will do anything possible to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. His knowledge of the area and attractions is excellent and he is an exceptional conversationalist.
The location is excellent, a quiet area a short distance from the town centre and all its amenities and the sea front.
I can not speak highly enough of Margarets and would recommend it to anyone.

we had a weekend n blackpool and stayed at margrets,we were greated at the door by frazer and shown to the lounge for coffee,then taken to our rooms of which was very clean and fresh looking,after looking around we could not beleive the amount of tea,coffee milk,biscuits,shower gel,shampoo that was in the room.

Most of all the friendlyness that frazer gave us was very good and we looked forward to having chats with him.
we would recommend a stay there and told frazer if ever he moved to tell us where so we can stay with him and his family again......

We booked for the one night and were made very welcome by Fraser and his family on our arrival. The hotel is very well located for all Blackpool's attractions, fully refurbished to a decent standard and very well maintained. Our on suite double rooms were situated on the top floor and a little small for longer stays but this didn't bother us for the one night because the standards of cleanliness more than made up for the lack of space. Breakfast was cooked specifically to our requirements and served in the nicely decorated dining room on the ground floor at a time of our choice. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel.

Arrived at Margaret's after a long journey from South Wales and were met by the most friendliest man we have ever met, Frazer just cant do enough for you and if he could possibly do more then he would.
I booked this trip with great anticipation as the in laws were coming and have the highest standards imaginable. As soon as we entered the hotel i knew i had made the right decision and could rest peacefully for the weekend
A lovely cup of tea for the family when we got there (A stella for me) checked in and went to our rooms to see a room that must be cleaned to the highest degree every day of the year. Plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits in the room, loads of complimentry toiletries and plenty of fresh clean towels. The decor was light and airy and absolutley spotless and the beds are very hard to get out of in the morning and nearly missed brekkie with how comfortable they were.
Breakfast was as everyone on here has commented, wouldnt find nicer anywhere else in the world. Whatever we asked for we got. Didnt stay for evening meal but Frazer recommended all the right places, from fish and chips to greek restaurants. Did however have drinks before and after our evenings out where Frazer once again was the perfect host entertaining the kids (and us adults) with his magic, maths and card games and even had an X-Box!!
Location was perfect, within walking distance of all the attractions and far enough away from all the hussle and bussle of the nightlife.
All in all i would reccomend this hotel to anyone who ever wants to stay in Blackpool, I certainly wouldnt book anywhere other than Margarets.
Whay can i say Frazer and his family are Simply the best !!!!!!!!!!
